We’ve noticed that people are more open-minded and willing to try new flavours. Some of the hot favourites at our restaurant include basil-flavored vegetable dumplings, crystal vegetable dumplings, prawn tempura sushi rolls, avocado cream cheese sushi rolls, and grilled fish with porcini mushroom sauce

Kanpur has never been so vibrant when it comes to the variety of cuisines available. Earlier, we only had Mughlai, Punjabi, and Chinese to choose from, but now we can indulge in Arabic, fusion, Pan-Asian, and Italian dishes. This has really spiced up the food scene. Every weekend, my friends and I visit a new restaurant to try something different, and the experience has always been wonderful
